SHIPPING POLICY
The Beauty Mentor LLC is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. The Beauty Mentor LLC proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Provided the product you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise.
Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.
2. SHIPPING
All “free shipping” will be sent via first-class or priority mail. Also, note that shipping days are according to the shipping the customer requests.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

RETURN POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION
For purposes of this Return Policy, “we” or “our” refers to The Beauty Mentor LLC, and “you” or “your” refers to the purchaser. Please read this Return Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us.
By engaging us to provide our skincare products to you, you agree to be legally bound by this Return Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Return Policy at any time.
Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
2. RETURN
At Beauty Mentor LLC we do all we can to meet your high expectations and stock skincare products you will love.
Kindly note that only products ordered through our site will be eligible for a return.
We allow purchasers to return our products within a period of 14 days in the event the product is not as stipulated in the website, you must send an email to us immediately. Kindly be advised that the products should be returned unopened and unused.
In the event the product has to be returned, you will be required to send us a picture demonstrating the reason as to why the product needs to be returned. In addition to that you shall be responsible for the return cost.
Kindly note that we will not indulge requests that involve misuse of the product. You understand that Beauty Mentor LLC has the discretion to analyze and decide whether the product is being used in a proper manner.
3. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you think that at the moment of delivery the product is not as stipulated in the website, you must send us an email, providing the product details and the damage sustained.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email within a reasonable period whether you have a right for a refund or exchange. The refunding of the product shall take place as soon as possible and in all cases within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund of the product is going ahead.
If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund or exchange. In case of a refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
4. SEVERABILITY
In the event any provision or part of this Return Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Return Policy, will be inoperative.
5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Even skincare products that contain all natural ingredients can cause skin reactions in susceptible individuals, especially if the skincare products contain essential oils.

If use causes an adverse skin reaction, then discontinue use immediately, and see your doctor or pharmacist if no relief comes from rinsing the affected area in cool water or you are a concerned about any side effects you may have whilst using The Beauty Mentor LLC skincare products.
